(b)Returns and exchange
If in any case you are unhappy with your purchase, kindly drop us an email. We apologise for not doing refunds, but will try our best to resolve the issue.
(c)Colour and texture
Creations are pictured as near to their original hues as possible. Most items have more than 1 picture to give buyer a more complete view of them at different angles, just click left/right under the picture to view them. All description include a list on materials used, and are described to our best knowledge.
(d)Payment
All Lady Nic's jewellry are tagged in Singapore Dollars. International buyers may write to me for enquiry on conversion. Shipping cost is S$6 or US$4.80.
- Paypal for international buyers;
- POSB/DBS funds transfers for local (Singapore) orders - please click on 'PERSONAL CHECK' to get payment detail when making purchases.
A purchase invoice (defaulted in S$; a separate email will be sent to international buyers in US$) will be emailed to you after you have submitted your purchase form. Payments are expected to be settled within 3 days from the date of the invoice. Failing which, the transaction will be cancelled and the dead buyer will be blacklisted. We hope to deal with sincere and serious buyers.
(e)Shipping and Handling
All goods will be packaged securely with bubble wrapped and sent
via SingPost. Lady Nic's holds no responsibility for delay/loss of mail.
- Local (Singapore)
Flat rate S$1 normal mail (by default)/ S$3 registered mail - please write in the comments box during checkout if you would like to opt for registered mail mode. Buyer just top up S$2 to price stated in invoice when making payment. Please note that seller IS NOT responsible for mail lost in transit.
- International
Flat rate of S$6 (US$4.80) already pre-set at 'CHECK OUT' point. Will follow up with an email on actual cost in US$.
- Combine Shipment
It is more worthwhile to do so as we charge only a flat rate for the first 2 pieces of jewelry regardless of weight. Add S$0.50 for each additional piece.
- Waiting Period
Please allow 3-12 days for delivery (longer during festive seasons). Any delay at the destination countries is beyond our control. Registered Mail requires an additional 2 days as it is a recorded delivery service.
(f)Privacy Policy
We do not sell or disclose any personal information to third parties. The only time we will collect information from you is during 'CHECK OUT' point when you fill out a purchase form.
Lady Nic's does not send email requesting personal information, home address or telephone number, credit card numbers etc. If you receive such an email, please contact us immediately at lady.nics@yahoo.com
